Privacy Policy

Enquiry and site-visit forms: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to give them — a project of interest, a preferred visit date, and a free-text note. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the visit you asked for, and follow up on that conversation.

Campaign context: if you arrive from an advertisement, the page may record standard campaign parameters (UTM tags, click identifiers), the page you landed on, and the referring site. We use these to understand which of our advertising works. They are attached to your enquiry, not tracked across other websites by us.

Technical logs: like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records IP addresses and request logs for security and reliability. These are kept briefly and are not used to profile you.

We do not collect financial information, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal data through this website. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form after ticking the consent box. Consent is specific to the purpose stated on the form — responding to your enquiry — and is never a condition for simply browsing the site.

Your enquiry is delivered to our sales team through our customer-relationship system, and — where you choose the WhatsApp hand-off — through WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

We use service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM) strictly as processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other marketers.

Enquiry records are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you withdraw consent or ask for erasure, we delete your data unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and how it has been processed; to correction and erasure; to grievance redressal; and to nominate a person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls, and minimal collection in the first place. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

This site keeps client-side storage to a functional minimum. Where analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand how pages perform, not to build individual profiles. Your browser's settings let you clear or block storage at any time.

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a fresh date. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified before they take effect.
